About us: YuLife is a tech driven insurance company on a mission to transform insurance into a force for good. We work with employers and insurer partners to deliver group insurance products that people actually engage with, helping shift the industry from claims led to prevention focused outcomes. Our model combines insurance, technology, and behavioural science to create hyper engaging insurance experiences. Through our award winning platform, employees interact with their insurance every day, building healthier habits while staying protected. This engagement benefits everyone involved. Individuals are more proactive about their health, employers see stronger engagement and retention, and insurers benefit from improved risk profiles over time. At YuLife, we are building a game changing insurance business with a clear commercial edge and a strong sense of purpose. Our culture reflects that ambition. We are a people first, values led company that believes great products are built by teams who feel trusted, supported, and inspired by the mission they are working on. If you want to help reinvent a global industry, work on products with real world impact, and build alongside smart, kind, driven people, YuLife is a place where you can do meaningful work and grow with the business. The role: This is a senior individual-contributor role at the meeting point of product, marketing, and commercial. You will shape how YuLife goes to market: the story we tell, who we tell it to, and how we land it across every channel and sales conversation. It is not a coordinator or execution-support role. You will own and drive your work independently, hold the bar on quality, and earn credibility with our Product and Sales teams as a true strategic partner. We are looking for someone who knows what good looks like and does not need to be told. The role splits across two workstreams: Product marketing. You own the YuLife product marketing stream end-to-end: positioning and messaging for product features and launches, go-to-market planning and execution, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. The Propositions Director inputs and signs off, but you run this. Carrier partnership GTM. You co-own execution on our carrier partnership go-to-market activity, working closely with the Propositions Director, who retains strategy and stakeholder relationships. That means producing the collateral, marketing materials, and enablement that bring each partnership to market, and acting as the quality-control layer that keeps everything accurate. We work in a regulated environment and publish to advisers, HR teams, and carrier partners. The cost of an inaccurate or off-brand asset is real, so a technical eye for detail matters as much as a way with words. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Own product positioning and messaging: turn complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for employers, advisers, and HR leaders, with the messaging hierarchies and narrative frameworks to support them. - Plan and run go-to-market programmes for product launches, from planning and cross-functional alignment through to measurement and iteration. - Produce high-quality copy and collateral independently: long-form thought leadership, sales materials, in-product and campaign copy, all to a finished standard. - Build sales enablement that genuinely helps the commercial team: pitch decks, objection-handling guides, case studies, demo frameworks, and battlecards. - Maintain competitive and market intelligence, and translate it into recommendations our teams can act on. - Co-own carrier partnership GTM execution: proposition and co-branding materials, supporting assets across sales, marketing, web and PR, and enablement sessions for internal teams and partners. - Act as the quality-control layer on everything we publish: interrogate product accuracy across materials, spot inconsistencies, and work directly
