Role: Technical Product Manager/Owner - Partnerships
Mission

Own the product side of QuintAce's partner integrations (Club WPT Gold, WPT Global, WePoker, and future partners) and drive cross-team feature delivery between CAI, AceCoach, and Data Science. Serve as the connective tissue that turns partner requests and new-feature ideas into shipped product across all three teams.
Must-haves

Native/fluent Mandarin Chinese(spoken + written) — many partners are CN-based or CN-speaking

Fluent English— internal teams and Western partners

3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Technical Project

Manager, ideally with B2B partner or platform integration experience

Hands-on prototyping— must independently build clickable prototypes (Figma, Claude Code, or similar) to align partners and internal teams on integration UX and new-feature flows. Non-negotiable; we don't want someone who needs a designer for every mock.

Strong spec-writing: user stories, acceptance criteria, integration contracts, API requirements

Technical fluency: reads API docs, understands data flows, can talk credibly to engineers

Strong cross-team facilitation skills — can run a meeting with CAI, AceCoach, and DS in the same room and walk out with clear decisions and owners

Excellent partner-management instincts — managing expectations, scoping requests, saying "no" diplomatically

Comfortable across time zones (CN + EU + US)
Nice-to-haves

Background in poker, gaming, or fintech— familiarity with the poker operator landscape (WPT, GG, partypoker, etc.) is a strong plus

Prior experience owning multiple concurrent B2B integrations
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack

Exposure to data pipelines / analytics / AI-ML products
Day-to-day

Partner-facing: primary contact for partners — gather requirements, manage requests, run weekly/biweekly syncs

Cross-team product delivery: drive new features that span CAI, AceCoach, and DS — write specs, align stakeholders, sequence delivery, track progress

Build click-dummies to pressure-test integration UX and new-feature flows before engineering starts

Translate partner needs and internal feature ideas into Jira tickets and roadmaps

Coordinate cross-team delivery; unblock dependencies; escalate risks early

Own QA / UAT sign-off and partner go-live readiness

Maintain a clean backlog across live partners and in-flight cross-team features
Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 USD
