As a Product Manager within the Mil/Aero Division, you will drive mission-critical success and strengthen market leadership through strategic inventory management, strong supplier partnerships, and customer-focused design-in support.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize inventory levels for Mil/Aero interconnect products, ensuring availability for mission-critical applications while maximizing inventory efficiency.

Drive sales growth by developing strategic supplier partnerships and expanding the Mil/Aero product portfolio.

Act as the primary supplier interface, providing product expertise and supporting sales teams with technical guidance.

Support customer design-in activities by recommending connector solutions that meet Defense & Aerospace requirements.

Develop and execute product and market strategies to strengthen competitiveness and drive business growth.

Lead supplier business reviews and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment, compliance, and long-term success.

Deliver product training and share market insights to strengthen technical expertise across the organization.

Monitor key business metrics, provide strategic recommendations, and act as the subject matter expert for Mil/Aero products and applications.

Requirements
What You Bring:

-
5+ years of experience in Product Management within the interconnect distribution industry.

-
Business, technical, or engineering qualification.

-
Experience in supplier management and customer design-in support.

-
Strong knowledge of interconnect and/or electromechanical products.

-
Strategic mindset with a structured and independent way of working.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and the local language.

Proficiency in CRM/TELNET and willingness to support, train, and mentor colleagues.
