Product Manager

OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of our product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality software solutions. This role is critical in shaping our product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
YOU WILL

- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and projects based on market needs, business objectives, and ROI.

- Introduce new products aligned with department strategy.

- Develop robust product structures to enhance scalability and market adaptability.

- Draft and monitor agreements with partners and merchants, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Conduct continuous market surveys and analyze the best trends in loyalty, marketplaces, and lifestyle.

- Analyze and create presentations to communicate market trends, customer data, and competitor information.

- Create and manage budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.

- Monitor dashboard product operation performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and resolve defects efficiently.

- Provide guidance to teams on customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a customer-first approach in all decisions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Write business plans and processes that streamline operations and improve outcomes.

- Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to align with evolving technologies.

- TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
