- Decide which COA instruments are included in client libraries based on scientific relevance, licensing status, and client requirements.

- Ensure correct instrument versions, formats (paper and electronic), and approved translations are available and maintained over time.

- Enforce governance standards for version control, metadata completeness, and audit traceability.

Licensing & Usage Rights Management

- Translate client needs into curated, governed COA library configurations within COAA.

- Communicate clearly with clients on library scope, updates, constraints, and timelines.

- Support client adoption by ensuring libraries are usable, consistent, and aligned with study portfolios.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Licensing, Translation, Scientific, and Technology teams to deliver complete and compliant COA libraries.

- Coordinate content updates flowing from eCOA libraries, translations, or newly licensed instruments into client libraries.

- Provide input into COAA roadmap discussions where client library needs inform platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, health outcomes, or related field preferred.

- Experience in data product management, content governance, or asset management within clinical research or healthcare.

- Working knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) or related clinical data assets.

- Experience working with licensing, intellectual property, or regulated content.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct interaction with external clients.
