About the role
Vesta has found product-market fit. Lenders run their business on our system of record, and we're at the point where AI lets us automate work that used to take rooms of people. You'd:
- Own a product area end to end: understand the customer problems, write precise specs, and drive execution with engineering and design

- Become an industry expert, providing the mortgage and business context the team needs to solve the most important customer problems

- Work closely with Vesta's existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs and problems

- Shape how AI gets applied to a real, regulated industry

- Help shape the product team and its culture, and Vesta's as well
