We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of AI-powered commerce by designing intuitive, high-impact experiences across discovery, checkout, and conversational interfaces. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, product design, and commerce, solving complex interaction challenges and turning them into elegant, user-centered experiences used by global brands and millions of shoppers.

You will own critical product experiences end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate business goals and user insights into scalable design solutions. This role requires a designer who combines strong craft, systems thinking, and product strategy to create experiences that are both powerful and simple.

Because Rezolve operates in enterprise commerce environments, this role also works within SOC2-aligned design and data practices, ensuring that user research, product insights, and design assets are handled securely and responsibly.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct end-to-end product design, from concept through launch, for core features across Rezolve’s AI commerce platform.

- Translate complex AI capabilities and data-driven systems into intuitive, usable product experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation to inform product decisions.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly connecting user needs with business outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.

- Stay informed on emerging UX patterns in AI and interactive digital experiences to influence product direction.

- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance productivity and explore innovative design possibilities.

- Document design rationale, workflows, and product specifications to support cross-team alignment and audit readiness.

- Ensure user data, research insights, and design assets follow SOC2-aligned privacy and security practices.

- 3+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology platforms.
