Product Data Analyst

- Define, track, and report on key product metrics (such as engagement, retention, conversion, and churn) to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives. - Analyze product and user data to uncover trends, user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with the data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues. - Promote a data-driven work culture through example and by championing self-service. - Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers. - Find the right medium to convey important insights with the right context. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences. - 2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker). - Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude). - A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. - Fluency in written and verbal English. Salary range: Lithuania 52,000 - 68,300 EUR gross/yearly. Netherlands 59,500 - 78,100 EUR gross/yearly. Please note that this is a fixed-term 1-year employment contract.
