Principal Product Manager
Principal Product Manager โ ISV & Integrations
Context & Impact:
Lansweeper 's Product Management team is growing, and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to take strategic ownership of our ISV and integrations domain. This isn't a role that sits above the work โ it's one that drives it. You'll shape how Lansweeper embeds its capabilities into partner ecosystems, defines integration strategy across domains, and sets the standard other Product Managers measure themselves against.
Over the next six to twelve months, success means the ISV and integrations domain has a clear, defensible strategy, active partner relationships that are moving forward, and a growing footprint of embedded capabilities across the ecosystem.
Challenge:
The main challenges you'll face are:
-
Earning trust across a complex partner ecosystem. ISV and integration work means navigating relationships with resellers, MSPs, and independent software vendors โ each with their own priorities. Building the credibility to drive alignment across those relationships, while also managing internal stakeholders, takes a PM who has genuinely done this before.
-
Operating across domains without losing depth. As a Principal PM, you won't just own one domain โ you'll influence strategy across the broader product organisation. Staying sharp on ISV and integrations while contributing credibly at initiative level requires both breadth and discipline.
-
Holding the bar in a high-performing team. Lansweeper 's Product organisation is mature and the expectations are genuinely high. You won't just need to hold your own โ you'll be the standard others measure themselves against.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Shape initiative-level strategy across domains as a genuine thought partner to the Product Leadership Team, with a primary focus on ISV partnerships and integrations
-
Research and build the business case for company-level bets, including opportunities to embed Lansweeper 's capabilities into partner platforms and ecosystems
-
Define what good discovery and validation look like across the organisation โ set the standard, don't just follow it
-
Engage prospects, customers, and partners at the most senior level to validate roadmap direction, including ISV partners, resellers, and MSPs
-
Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle โ from requirements and prototypes through to delivery โ and step into any domain's delivery problem when it matters most
-
Build and evolve Lansweeper 's partner ecosystem, including ISV relationships, integration partners, resellers, and MSPs
-
Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement, in close partnership with Product Marketing
-
Shape how the Product organisation works โ contribute to standards, practices, and the hiring bar
Key Requirements:
Hard skills:
-
10+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS โ this is a hard floor, not a guideline
-
Proven track record of owning complex, data-driven products end to end, including coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
-
Direct experience working with ISV partners, integration ecosystems, or embedded product capabilities โ managing integrations, embedding features into partner platforms, or building out a partner channel is highly relevant
-
Strong market research skills and experience building business cases for company-level product bets
-
Fluency across multiple communication formats โ live presentations, written specs, partner briefings, webinars, and more
-
Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise stakeholders at every level of seniority, including resellers, MSPs, and integration partners
-
Familiarity with system and device management, network infrastructure, or adjacent domains is a plus โ not a requirement
Soft skills:
-
Resilient and adaptable โ you absorb reprioritisation without losing your footing, and you bring your team along wi
