Our English teachers work side by side with experienced Japanese teachers in a supportive, collaborative environment. Around 90% of our daily team are dedicated female educators who value strong teamwork and open communication. ■ YOUR ROLE Where You'll Spend Your Time: 70% | Early Childhood (Ages 0–5) Daily routines, play-based English, songs & storytelling, seasonal activities. 20% | Elementary School Students Interactive after-school English lessons. 10% | Junior High, High School & Adult Learners Small-group English conversation classes. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare engaging, age-appropriate lessons. • Participate in seasonal school events alongside Japanese staff. • Support children's holistic growth and create a safe, immersive English environment. • Be an active, reliable member of our school community. ■ SALARY & WORKING CONDITIONS Monthly Salary: ¥210,000–¥240,000 (Determined based on teaching experience, early childhood background, Japanese ability, and relevant qualifications.) • Visa Support: Full support for Visa Status Change or Visa Renewal. • Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Annual Fixed Schedule provided in advance—easy to plan long holidays!).
