Power Apps Developer

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Application Development:

- Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

- Create and customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports in Power Apps.

- Implement and manage Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) to store and manage data.

- Workflow Automation:
- Design, develop, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Integrate numerous services and data sources to streamline business processes.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability.

- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform applications.

- Collaborate with Digital and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems.

- Maintenance and Improvement:
- Regularly review and optimise existing applications and workflows.

- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability in all solutions.

- Development Skills:
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and their integration with Power Platform.

- Basic understanding of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.

- Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms.

- Basic knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.
