Podcast Clipper (Short-Form Video Editor)

The role ----------------- We're looking for a podcast clipper who is great at making short-form video that feels organic and native. If your strength is listening to a long episode, spotting the moment that stops the scroll, and cutting it so it feels real, keep reading. You will take full podcast episodes and other long-form footage (interviews, talking-head, raw clips) and turn them into vertical short-form that performs. You find the strongest moment in the conversation, d ---------- where it starts and ends, and cut it so it stays alive and human. We give you AI tools to speed up the process, but the judgment on what works is yours. The podcasts are in German. You don't need to speak German. We will make it simple for you and will give you what you need, but you have to be adaptable and able to work with content in a language you don't understand. You will need ----------------- * Proven experience clipping podcasts or long-form into organic, native-feeling short-form that actually performed. Not polished ad reels. * A sharp eye for pacing and hooks, and the taste to tell real from forced. * Comfort working with AI video tools as part of your workflow. * Adaptable, and comfortable editing content in a language you don't speak (German).
