PMO – ERP Transformation (Dynamics 365)

Fully remote opportunity within Spain

You will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control.
What you will do

- Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout

- Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators)

- Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders

- Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones

- Manage reporting to senior stakeholders

- Support integration and migration processes

Mandatory:

- +5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs

- Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations

- Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management

- Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders

- Fluent English and Spanish

- Based in Spain (remote possible)

Nice to have:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Experience in international programs

- Background in industrial or finance sectors
