Location: Virtual-first (EMEA-based) | Remote position with travel requirements varying by engagement, up to 50% to client sites in your region. Hiring regionally to serve a global customer base, with priority given to candidates in the Americas and EMEA.

About the Role
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst —a sharp, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and coordination skills who thrives on creating order from complexity. In this role, you’ll support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise project management and transformation practices across client engagements.
This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots—between strategy and execution, data and decisions, people and process. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client teams to provide analysis, insights, and structure that enable high-IMPACT delivery across portfolios, programs, and projects.
What You’ll Do
PMO & Portfolio Analysis

Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Support portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance activities, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.

Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.

Track benefits realization and ensure project outcomes are tied to measurable business impact.
Project & Process Support

Coordinate and track key milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives.

Assist in developing and maintaining PMO frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with the IMPACT Engine System™.

Support project scheduling, resource management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across programs.
Change & Communication Enablement

Support change and stakeholder management efforts, ensuring that messages, timelines, and impacts are clearly communicated.

Partner with transformation leads to ensure project and portfolio updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Help create artifacts, playbooks, and tools that reinforce alignment and adoption across stakeholder groups.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management

Participate in project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Maintain PMO repositories and knowledge bases, ensuring information is current, consistent, and accessible.

Contribute to internal GTG innovation efforts by refining templates, tools, and methodologies used across client engagements.
What You Bring

3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support—consulting experience a plus.

Strong analytical skil
