Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups.

Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform.

Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering, utilizing AI to predict and prevent system failures.

Design the "Platform Workbench," leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate 60%+ of routine administrative tasks (upgrades, patching, scaling).

Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements for AI infrastructure.
