Pet Transport Sales & Booking Receptionist

CabaPad Virtual Assistant Services is looking for a confident, compassionate, and sales-driven Pet Transport Sales & Booking Receptionist to manage incoming leads, customer inquiries, and booking follow-ups for a pet transportation business. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM Mountain Time Applicants accepted: Philippine based only Key Responsibilities Monitor incoming quote requests and leads through the CRM. Call and follow up promptly with prospective customers. Answer questions about pet transportation services and booking options. Handle objections professionally and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Send digital agreements for customer signature. Collect initial deposits before handing over finalized bookings. Maintain accurate lead notes, follow-up records, and booking updates. Provide compassionate and professional support to pet owners throughout the booking process. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong U.S. phone communication and customer service skills Experience in sales, lead handling, appointment setting, or booking coordination Comfortable handling objections and closing sales Experience using CRM systems and managing lead pipelines Excellent written and verbal English communication Able to work independently and follow up consistently Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple inquiries Experience in pet care, transportation, logistics, or service-based businesses is a plus We’re looking for someone who can build trust with potential customers, follow up consistently, and confidently turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
