Personal Lines Insurance CSR

We are US-based & California Insurance Agency looking to hire dedicated, hardworking & experienced Personal Line Insurance CSR. Main responsibility involves assisting our sales & service team in our California office with insurance related tasks. Please do not apply if you don't have customer service experience with small business before. If you are: - Open to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST - Comfortable working with open camera (zoom) - With US Insurance Experience -Auto, Home, Medical, etc. - Fluent in English You must possess skills in: 1. Preparing EOI 2. Sending Welcome Email for New Policy documents to clients 3. Assisting clients with billing questions 4. Updating New Business and Renewals in System accurately. 5. Adding leads if needed in system 6. Use Agency Zoom to manager the tasks 7. And other related tasks
