Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Work From Home Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks Pay: 370 PHP per hour / 64,130 per month Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP Qualifications: - Prior plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred - Experience independently handling or assisting with a PI caseload - Knowledge of the personal injury claims process - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills - Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, lienholders, and attorneys - Strong computer and case-management skills - California personal injury experience highly preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus - Proactive and able to take ownership of files with limited supervision - Able to identify next steps, follow up consistently, and keep cases moving toward resolution Responsibilities: - Manage and assist with personal injury cases from intake through settlement - Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case status - Open claims and communicate with insurance adjusters - Prepare and send Letters of Representation - Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and billing - Monitor client treatment and identify gaps or outstanding records - Review medical records and prepare treatment chronologies - Assist with preparation of settlement demand packages - Follow up on demands and settlement negotiations - Communicate with medical providers and lienholders - Assist with lien resolution and settlement disbursement - Calendar and monitor important deadlines - Draft routine correspondence and legal documents - Assist with written discovery and litigation matters - Maintain accurate and organized case-management files - Identify issues in files and proactively bring them to the attorney’s attention MUST APPLY THROUGH LINK: ----------
