We need someone who can analyze our marketing data, develop strategies, implement recommendations, and continuously optimize our marketing efforts to drive measurable growth. Platforms: You must be PROFICIENT in: * Google Ads * Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) * TikTok Ads * CallRail * Klaviyo Email * Klaviyo SMS * OneUp NO TRAININGS Responsibilities * Analyze our existing marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth * Review our actual marketing data and develop actionable recommendations * Implement the recommendations, not just provide an analysis * Manage and optimize Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising campaigns * Develop and execute strategies to increase reach, traffic, leads, conversions, and overall growth * Test and optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, and marketing strategies * Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments * Use CallRail to evaluate lead quality and marketing performance * Optimize Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and revenue * Improve social media performance and reach through data-driven strategies * Track results and communicate what was changed, why it was changed, and the results * Continuously look for opportunities to improve performance and ROI Requirements * Must be proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CallRail, Klaviyo, and OneUp * Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization * Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics * Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies * Ability to independently execute and implement recommendations * Strong English communication skills * Results-oriented and focused on measurable growth * Able to work 20 hours per week during EST hours * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines How to Apply Please send your resume and portfolio to: ---------- Your portfolio must include previous work and measurable results you have achieved for clients or businesses.
