Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, including incident and ticket resolution.

Handle maintenance and support activities, including applying Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft (PS) and CPU patch updates.
- Administer and troubleshoot:
- Application Servers
- Process Schedulers
- Web Server Domains

Configure and manage Elasticsearch, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Use Change Assistant (CA) for applying Oracle delivered bug fixes
-
Perform performance tuning of application, web, and process scheduler servers.

Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting

Support Oracle database backup management and assist with performance tuning.
- Manage and support:
- Integration Broker
- Single Sign-On (SSO)

Configuring & Troubleshooting Integration Broker

Setup and configure clustering, load balancing and failover for the PeopleSoft servers

PS Environment refresh including File servers and recreation of App/Web/Process Scheduler domains

Work with the technical team on Impact analysis when patches/packages are applied

work with the technical team on development issues requiring Apps DBA/People Tools Metadata knowledge

Perform health checks on daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensure good health of the instances

Generate security access reports on various environments
