People Operations Manager - Fresher (WFH)

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage EduRankAI's people operations and human resources function. 2. Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for internships and full-time roles across multiple departments. 3. Build and supervise a distributed HR organization, including HR team leads, talent acquisition specialists, and HR interns. 4. Design and improve hiring workflows, onboarding processes, HR policies, and standard operating procedures. 5. Manage workforce planning, recruitment pipelines, interview processes, offer management, and candidate experience. 6. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute workforce planning strategies. 7. Track recruitment KPIs, hiring quality, employee retention, and HR performance metrics. 8. Drive employer branding initiatives and represent EduRankAI across universities, communities, and professional platforms. 9. Implement HR technology, HRMS, ATS, and AI-powered recruitment workflows to improve operational efficiency. 10. Build a high-performance culture through employee engagement, learning initiatives, performance management, and continuous process improvement. 11. Mentor and develop HR leaders while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best HR practices. 12. Report directly to the founder and leadership team on strategic HR initiatives and organizational growth. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Internshala, or similar recruitment tools is preferred. - 6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes. - 7. Passion for building teams, developing people, and scaling organizations. - 8. Candidates with prior leadership experience in student organizations, startups, clubs, or HR teams will be given preference.
