Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Location: Nationwide Remote. Work from anywhere in the U.S. with the flexibility of a modern, remote-first law firm. Hybrid arrangements may also be available for candidates near select office locations.

Note: Applicants must have 2+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking attorneys whose practice has been focused primarily on patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure as part of a broader litigation practice. Active bar license in any U.S. state required.

Job Description

- Represent clients in all phases of complex patent litigation.

- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.

- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.

- Manage fact discovery, expert discovery, and document review.

- Prepare for depositions, hearings, claim construction, and trial.

- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy.

- Analyze technical and legal issues involving intellectual property.

- Support PTAB proceedings and related patent matters as applicable.

Qualifications

- Active bar license in any U.S. state.

- 2+ years of direct patent litigation experience.

- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

- Experience managing litigation responsibilities in federal court.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Excellent communication and client service skills.

- PTAB experience is a plus but not required.
