Partner commercial success Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for structuring the required commercial collateral, supporting the adaptation of Neo4j's sales and technical content for IBM audiences, and delivering that training directly to IBM's sales and technical teams. This role will be key to translate Neo4j product knowledge into IBM-ready materials and programs, and is the day-to-day enablement contact for IBM field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own IBM<>Neo4j sales collateral structure and content
- Build and maintain a scalable IBM enablement curriculum — training materials, webinars, and documentation — that evolves with product enhancements and market needs
- Adapt Neo4j content spanning product knowledge, technical skills, tools/platforms, and business processes to IBM audiences
- Coordinate with SMEs (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Industry experts, Support) to keep content accurate, current, and high-quality

Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution for enablement of IBM<>Neo4j
- Deliver/manage training, hands-on workshops, and tailored high-value partner sessions
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IBM partner management teams to align training with GTM and revenue priorities, and to build playbooks/collateral that help partners sell effectively

Measurement & Reporting
- Track partner engagement, training completion, and enablement effectiveness
- Document sessions and clear takeaways/recommendations with internal stakeholders to improve future partner interactions

Success Metrics
- Number of IBM sellers trained/certified
- Time-to-readiness for newly enabled IBM teams/regions
- Partner (IBM seller) satisfaction/engagement with enablement programs
- Expansion of enablement coverage into new IBM business units or products
- Joint pipeline generated (IBM-sourced or influenced)

Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or training roles within enterprise software or SaaS
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement content for external audiences — partners, resellers, or alliances — not solely internal sales teams
- Direct experience enabling global systems integrator or a hyperscaler alliance sales and technical organization; experience partnering with IBM is a plus
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading live and virtual workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical and product content into clear, role-specific enablement materials
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Partner Management teams
- Strong program and project management skills; able to manage multiple content workstreams and stakeholders simultaneousl
