Part-Time Writer - Sales, CSM & Web Copy

CWILL builds post-purchase and retention software for Shopify and DTC brands — order tracking, returns, reviews, loyalty, and more. We're a small US team inside a larger global company, and we're looking for a writer to help us keep up with demand across sales, customer success, and the website. #### What you'll work on - Sales and partner assets — one-pagers, outreach copy, agency and partner materials - Customer success materials — onboarding content, customer-facing guides, event and speaking collateral - Web copy — product pages, supporting pages, and updates to existing pages - Occasional case studies, working from interviews and source material we provide
