ABOUT US Cabin Collective is a luxury short-term rental management company operating in Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Texas. We manage 50+ stunning cabin properties and we're growing fast. Our brand is visual, aspirational, and rooted in the experience of escaping to something beautiful — and we need someone who can bring that to life online every single day. THE ROLE We're looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok. We will provide all photos and videos — your job is to turn that content into scroll-stopping posts, captions, and stories that drive reach, engagement, and bookings. You'll also manage our private Facebook group, keeping our community active and engaged. This is a creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands what makes content actually perform. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create and publish daily social media posts across Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok using media provided by the Company Write compelling captions with strong hooks, relevant hashtags, and clear calls to action Manage and grow our private Facebook community group Monitor engagement and respond to comments to boost reach Track performance and share weekly insights on what's working Stay current on platform trends, algorithms, and content formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok trends, etc.) BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY VALUED) Experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Email marketing experience Basic video editing for Reels and TikTok WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven social media experience — please include links to accounts you've managed Strong written English with a flair for engaging, on-brand copy Eye for aesthetics — you know what looks good and what gets skipped Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged on daily content Reliable, consistent, and deadline-driven Passion for travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content is a big plus Available to post consistently — daily posting cadence is expected SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION Part-time, 10–20 hours per week Remote — work from anywhere Hourly rate commensurate with experience and skills Long-term engagement for the right person ??
