Part Time Social Media Engagement Assistant

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT ASSISTANT We are looking for a reliable Social Media Engagement Assistant to manage daily posting and engagement for a music artist. Content will already be provided. This role is focused on posting, cross-posting, and audience engagement. We need someone experienced who can work independently without constant supervision. DUTIES Reply to comments on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , Threads, and other platforms. Engage with followers and relevant accounts. Schedule approved posts. Use Publer to quickly repost content across other platforms. Adjust captions and titles when needed to better fit each platform. Monitor recent posts and continue engaging, especially when a post is gaining traction. Alert management to important comments, DMs, spam, or issues that need attention. Keep the daily social media workflow moving without needing reminders. REQUIREMENTS Excellent written English with a natural personality. Previous social media engagement experience. Comfortable with all major social media platforms. Able to match the artist's voice — fun, natural, confident, warm, and never robotic. Reliable, organized, proactive, and able to work independently. HOURS & PAY 15 hours per week, 4 days per week. Working hours will generally be split between two posting/engagement periods based on Los Angeles/Pacific Time: Around 10 AM PT and around 5 PM PT. The exact hours and working days may vary depending on the weekly posting schedule and when engagement is strongest. Some flexibility is required. Starting pay is $50 USD/week with opportunity to increase based on performance and reliability.
