Part-Time Social Media & Content VA UK Children’s Performing Arts School | Remote | Long-Term

We are a busy and growing children’s performing arts school in the UK offering dance, gymnastics, musical theatre, cheerleading and more. We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media & Content VA to help us consistently create engaging, professional content for our Facebook and Instagram accounts. This is a long-term position starting at approximately 5 hours per week, with the potential for the role to grow. What you’ll be doing * Editing short-form videos and creating engaging Instagram/Facebook Reels * Creating attractive graphics and carousels in Canva * Writing warm, engaging captions in excellent UK English * Turning existing content into Instagram/Facebook Stories * Scheduling content across Facebook and Instagram * Repurposing photos and videos into multiple pieces of content * Following our existing brand style and guidelines * Maintaining a simple social-media content calendar * Suggesting content ideas based on upcoming classes, events and promotions * Reviewing which content performs well and helping us improve We will provide you with approved photos/video footage, information about upcoming events and promotions, existing Canva designs and clear brand guidance. We’re looking for someone who: * Has previous social-media content creation experience * Is confident using Canva * Is confident editing short-form video/Reels using CapCut or similar * Has a strong visual eye * Understands Instagram and Facebook * Writes excellent natural English * Can follow an established brand rather than redesigning everything * Is organised and able to work independently * Is happy working with content for a children’s/family-focused business * Understands the importance of confidentiality when working with children’s content * Is looking for a reliable, long-term position Experience working with dance schools, performing arts, children’s activities or similar businesses would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
