Apply on original site ↗We are looking for an experienced, dependable virtual bookkeeper to manage the monthly bookkeeping for two small U.S.-based companies using QuickBooks Online.
This is a long-term position with a consistent monthly workload. Our previous bookkeeper worked with us for more than three years, and we hope to find someone who will become an equally reliable part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Upload, organize, and categorize receipts and expenses
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Review transactions for accuracy and proper categorization
Identify and follow up on missing receipts or unclear transactions
Keep both companies’ books accurate and current
Provide monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month
Communicate promptly about questions, discrepancies, or missing information

Requirements
Strong experience using QuickBooks Online
Previous bookkeeping experience with U.S.-based businesses preferred

Good judgment regarding transaction categorization and documentation
