Part-Time Marketing & Outreach Associate

A growing US accounting and bookkeeping firm is looking for a reliable, proactive, and flexible person to join our team part-time. Your main focus is marketing and outreach — you will be our first point of contact with new prospects. We already have the lead lists, the email templates, and the process written down; we need someone to run them. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Marketing and outreach — about 15 hours/week, the core of the role: Reach out and follow up with prospective client leads Introduce our accounting and bookkeeping services to potential clients Research and verify new leads before outreach Book intro calls with qualified prospects Track replies and report results weekly Support and administration — about 5 hours/week: Respond to client email s and inquiries Maintain organized client and lead records Help keep our messaging consistent across email and social Other administrative tasks as needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Excellent written and spoken English — this role lives in email Professional and confident when communicating with clients Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable reaching out to people who don't know us yet Works independently and picks up new systems quickly Experience in client relations, lead generation, sales, or administrative support preferred Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus, but not required COMPENSATION: $250/month base + performance pay. Total earnings run $340 – $1,500 per month depending on results. Performance pay: $30–$60 for each qualified intro call you book, and the rate rises as you book more · $150 when a client signs · $15/month for every client you sourced who stays with us · a $100 bonus once you complete your first 60 days.
