Part-Time IT Support Technician – Opportunity to Grow Full-Time

I am looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to help support small business clients in the United States. This will start as light, part-time work and grow as I add more clients. I am looking for someone interested in staying long-term and eventually moving into a full-time position and growing into Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. What You'll Do Handle Tier 1 support tickets and remote troubleshooting Support common Windows, Microsoft 365, email , printer, and application issues Communicate directly with clients when needed Document your work and create simple support articles Follow ticket priorities and SLAs Research and troubleshoot problems independently before escalating Technology We Use Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange & Azure 3CX Pulseway RMM Huntress Webroot Ubiquiti / UniFi Ticketing and remote support systems You do not need experience with everything listed above. Familiarity is helpful, but I am looking for someone who has a good IT foundation and is willing to learn. Requirements Good Tier 1 troubleshooting skills Fluent spoken and written English Comfortable speaking directly with US clients Able to work during US Eastern Time Reliable and able to work independently Willing to learn and grow into more advanced IT work To Apply, Please Answer: Briefly describe your IT/help desk experience.
