Part-Time Inbound Sales Consultant (Recruitment Services)

Haldren is looking for an accomplished professional to join our team as a part-time Inbound Sales Consultant. The consultant will meet with pre-qualified companies that have already expressed interest in receiving assistance with executive and professional hiring.
Designed for a senior recruitment or business development professional, this remote opportunity offers the flexibility to control your schedule while continuing to use the expertise developed throughout your career. There is no requirement to generate leads through cold calls or outbound sales efforts.
The ideal consultant will communicate with confidence and professionalism while conducting thoughtful discussions about each prospect’s organisation and recruitment needs. They will know how to uncover important information through careful questioning, listen attentively, and contribute useful initial perspectives. The consultant must represent the firm credibly and create a strong first impression with every potential client.

Roles and Responsibilities
Call Delivery
- Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls per day with prospective clients interested in executive recruitment services
- Qualify each lead through a structured framework
- Explain the value of recruitment solutions with a focus on business impact and return on investment
- Maintain a polished, professional tone in all discussions
Client Handover and Follow-Through
- Capture client requirements and transition qualified opportunities to the recruiting team
- Follow up with leads and newly onboarded clients as needed
- Coordinate with administration to ensure next steps and timelines are documented clearly
Record-Keeping and Process Improvement
- Log call notes, lead status, and next steps in the CRM and Slack after each interaction
- Track personal pipeline performance and identify ways to improve conversion outcomes

- Maintain an attentive, composed, and highly professional approach during every client interaction.
- Apply a consistent qualification framework to each inquiry and establish whether both parties are well matched.
- Lead one to three pre-booked video consultations each day with companies interested in executive recruitment services.
Client Handover and Follow-Through
- Respond to questions from prospective and recently onboarded clients through prompt follow-up communication.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to the recruitment team with complete notes on the prospect’s priorities and requirements.
- Collaborate with administration to ensure expectations, timelines, and next actions are properly recorded.
Record-Keeping and Process Improvement
- Enter notes, opportunity stages, and required actions into the CRM and Slack directly after every meeting.
- Review individual pipeline performance and propose practical adjustments that may increase conversions.
