Part-Time Business Operations Coordinator Wanted!

Hours: 5–8 hours/week
Pay: $15–22/hr (US)

About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across multiple brands within a growing business ecosystem. This role focuses on organization, follow-through, and systems support—not strategy. You’ll help ensure operations run smoothly, information stays organized, and tasks are completed accurately, allowing the founder to focus on growth, partnerships, and long-term vision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well within defined systems, and wants hands-on exposure to business operations without ownership of high-level decisions.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative & Communication Support
- Monitor and organize shared inboxes
- Draft responses for review and approval
- Schedule meetings and send follow-ups
- Maintain calendar accuracy
CRM & Client Operations

Update CRM records (contacts, accounts, deals)
- Log calls, notes, and tasks

Move deals through pipelines per direction
- Flag missing or inconsistent data
Website & Content Support
- Update website pages

Upload blogs, resources, and case studies
- Fix formatting issues, links, and typos
Social Media Execution
- Schedule approved content

Repurpose existing content across platforms
- Track basic engagement metrics
E-commerce Support
- Upload products and descriptions
- Monitor orders and inventory

Respond to basic customer inquiries using templates
Business Operations Support

Assist with basic finance tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)

Support HR organization (employee records, onboarding materials)

Help track revenue activities (sales tracking, reporting support)

Support customer service ticket management

Assist with documenting SOPs and workflows
What This Role Is NOT
- Not strategy
- Not client negotiation
- Not financial decision-making
- Not creative direction
Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with business tools (CRM, email, calendars, spreadsheets)
- Able to follow systems and SOPs
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Proactive and asks clarifying questions when needed
- Experience in operations, admin support, or customer service is a plus—but not required.
