SMHQ JOB DESCRIPTION: PAID ADS SPECIALIST =================================== ABOUT SMHQ =================================== SMHQ runs two connected UK property websites. SMHQ Network ( ---------- ) is a licence and franchise business aimed at property investors who want to find motivated sellers, with 58 people currently in the franchise network. ---------- is our main lead generation website, where we find motivated sellers directly, generating over 4,000 motivated seller leads in the last year. =================================== ROLE SUMMARY =================================== We're looking for a paid ads specialist to plan, build, and manage our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with the core focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google remarketing campaigns. This role is about driving genuine, measurable lead generation results, not just running ads. As with all our roles, we're looking for someone with a good attitude and a genuine growth mindset, who wants to learn and grow. We want people who will stay with us long term and become loyal, trusted team members. =================================== MUST-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - Proven experience running Facebook Ads campaigns - Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns - Experience building and managing Google remarketing campaigns - A track record of driving real results and leads, not just spend =================================== NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - Experience with ChatGPT ads or other AI-platform advertising - LinkedIn Ads experience - TikTok Ads experience - Demonstrable GoHighLevel (GHL) experience =================================== APPLICATION EVIDENCE REQUIRED =================================== Applicants must provide evidence of past ad campaign performance, e.g. screenshots of results, case studies, or examples of campaigns they've managed and the outcomes achieved. =================================== HOURS AND PAY =================================== 20 to 40 hours per week. Pay negotiable based on experience. =================================== PROCESS =================================== 1.
