Paid Ads & Lead Generation Specialist – U.S. Electrical Contractor

We are a residential electrical contractor in Pennsylvania seeking an experienced Paid Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified local leads, phone calls, estimate requests, and booked electrical projects. This is not just a social media posting position. The main focus is paid advertising and lead generation. Services We Want to Advertise * Tesla / EV charger installations * Standby generators and backup power * Electrical panel and service upgrades * Whole-house and partial rewiring Additional services may be added later, including architectural lighting, outdoor lighting, smart energy systems, and other premium residential electrical services. We already have a website, landing pages, Facebook , Instagram, Google Business Profile, business branding, photos, and manufacturer marketing materials. Responsibilities * Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads * Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads * Build campaigns targeting homeowners in specific Pennsylvania service areas * Create ads using our existing photos, videos, landing pages, and manufacturer materials * Write ad copy and calls to action * Set up conversion tracking for calls, forms, and leads * Monitor cost per lead and campaign performance * Test and improve ads, audiences, keywords, and offers * Build retargeting campaigns * Help maintain regular Facebook and Instagram content * Provide clear reporting showing which campaigns are actually generating leads We Are Looking For Someone With Experience In * Google Ads * Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads * Local lead generation * Conversion tracking * Retargeting * U.S. service businesses Experience with electricians, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, generators, solar, EV charging, or other home-service businesses is strongly preferred.
