Outbound Sales Representative – Cold Calling & Closing

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to cold call small local businesses in Canada and sell our marketing services. This is a straightforward sales position. Your job is to call business owners, follow our sales script, explain our service, handle objections, and close the sale. What We Provide: Leads/businesses to call A proven cold-call script and sales process Commission for every client you close What You'll Do: Cold call small local business owners Speak directly with owners/decision-makers Follow our sales script while still sounding natural Handle questions and objections Ask for the sale and close clients You should have: Good spoken English A clear and easy-to-understand speaking voice Confidence speaking with business owners Cold calling or outbound sales experience Sales/closing ability Good communication skills Reliable internet Ability to handle rejection and continue calling Reliability and consistency Previous cold-calling or telesales experience is strongly preferred.
