We call audiology clinics and hearing aid practices across the western United States to introduce our services and schedule appointments. The Role You will make outbound calls to clinic owners and office managers, leave professional voi cemail s, log every call in our CRM (Close), and capture contact email s for follow-up. This is a professional B2B role — no hard selling, no consumer telemarketing. Call volume is moderate and quality matters more than quantity. Requirements Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — this is the #1 requirement Quiet home office with a reliable headset and stable internet Available during US Pacific business hours (approx. 9 AM – 4 PM PT) Comfortable leaving voi cemail s and speaking with medical office staff Detail-oriented: every call gets accurate notes, every voi cemail gets the correct callback number Prior cold calling or appointment-setting experience preferred How to Apply — READ CAREFULLY Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed.
