Role Overview Develops and leads project management, implementation, and facilitation of programs that support OD strategies and desired outcomes. Designs curriculums, programs, workshops, and learning resources aligned with adult learning practices and research. Facilitates learning & development programs, presentations, trainings, and onboarding activities. What You Will Do Collects and assesses data regarding the effectiveness of learning & development initiatives. Builds partnerships across the organization to enhance learning and development programs.
