Operations / Customer Success VA (with Real Estate Experience

We’re hiring an organized, proactive Operations / Customer Success VA to support a growing real estate media company. What You’ll Do - Manage incoming shooter files and production workflows - Organize jobs/files in Ario - Move photos through AI editing workflows (Autoenhance) - Coordinate with video editors and track revisions - Update Trello/project-management systems - Handle client requests, edit requests, and basic troubleshooting - Assist with scheduling and client communication via email , text, and phone - Identify workflow issues and suggest process improvements What We’re Looking For - Real estate media experience strongly preferred - Ario experience is a big plus - Excellent organization and task-management skills - Strong written and spoken English - Confident and professional with clients - Proactive, process-minded, and able to work independently - Patient and comfortable helping less tech-savvy clients
