You build scalable operating systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure teams deliver measurable outcomes. This role plays a critical part in market expansion, operational excellence, and day-to-day execution across regions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and getting things done. What You Will Do - Lead execution of key operational initiatives and ensure business priorities are delivered on time and to standard. Own operational KPIs, improve efficiency, and build systems that support rapid scaling. - Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences that create clarity, accountability, and consistency across teams. - Drive cross-functional coordination by working closely with product, technology, marketing, customer, and commercial teams. Act as a central point to unblock issues and keep initiatives moving. - Support market expansion and scaling efforts by coordinating local operational readiness, office setup, and execution of go-to-market activities. - Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Use data to continuously improve execution quality and operational outcomes. - Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic direction into actionable plans and ensure consistent follow-through across the organization.
