Online ESL Teacher

1. Provide one-on-one online English lessons for students with official course materials and standardized teaching procedures. Teach entirely in English and build an immersive learning environment. 2. Interact actively with students, encourage oral output, and correct pronunciation, grammar and expression errors. Adjust teaching speed and difficulty according to students’ English level. 3. Check internet, camera and microphone before every class. Ensure stable connection, clear audio and video. Be punctual for all scheduled classes. No unexcused absences, lags or class cancellations. 4. Submit complete and accurate class reports after each lesson, record students’ performance, strengths and weaknesses, and cooperate with the team to track students’ learning progress. 5. Follow all platform rules, dress codes and teaching disciplines, and maintain a professional teaching image during working hours. 6. Participate in regular teacher training and teaching evaluations to continuously improve class quality and student experience.
