We're expanding into perimenopause and menopause care and looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a casual basis.
The Role

We're looking for Nurse Practitioners with hands-on experience in perimenopause and menopause management, particularly hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You'll provide virtual consultations, assess patients, prescribe and manage HRT treatments, and support ongoing care. This is a casual contractor role, fully remote role.
What You'll Do

-
Conduct virtual consultations with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms

-
Assess patient history, symptoms, and lab results to determine HRT eligibility and appropriate treatment plans

-
Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, combination therapies)

-
Order and review bloodwork and diagnostic tests as needed

-
Monitor patients on HRT for efficacy, side effects, and necessary adjustments

-
Provide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health considerations

-
Document all clinical encounters in our EMR

-
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For

-
Registered Nurse Practitioner with an active licence in one or more of the following: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or Quebec

-
Clinical experience in perimenopause and/or menopause care

- Experience prescribing and managing HRT

-
Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth environment

-
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

-
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members

Nice to Have

-
Licence in multiple Canadian provinces, or open to pursuing them

-
NAMS (North American Menopause Society) certification or equivalent training

-
Prior experience working in a telehealth or digital health setting
