NOC Engineers

This is a remote position.
Job description:

- Monitoring systems and networks to ensure uptime and performance.

- Responding to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems.

- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues.

- Documenting issues and resolution processes.

- Maintaining technical knowledge through continuous learning and training.

- Perform weekly OS Security patching.

- Resolving MDR related tickets.

Requirements
Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in GOC or NOC.

- Advance English, both written and verbal.

- Good knowledge of SolarWinds.

- Good knowledge of Windows Servers 2016, 2019, MS Azure and VMware.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operating systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Experience with incident management processes.

- Good understanding of networking, firewalls, security principles.

- Training and certifications in Cloud Concepts, Azure architecture and services, and Azure management and governance are preferred.

- Knowledge of Python Scripts and Bash Scripting is preferred.
