Motion Graphics Video Designer (WFH)

About the job: Bengaluru / Remote Contract or full-time Portfolio required You'll own video end to end at Avishkar from a rough brief and a folder of screen recordings, to a finished film that a CEO is happy to put on their homepage. This is not a 'cut the podcast into Reels' job. Most of what you'll make is short, dense, and designed: 30-90 second brand films, product walkthroughs where the interface is the star, and case-study pieces where the client's actual software has to look immaculate on screen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Take a script, storyboard or shot list and produce the finished film, edit, motion, sound, delivery 2. Screen-based product storytelling: screen replacements, UI card animation, cursor choreography, type-on text, tracked device mockups 3. Kinetic typography and title design that holds up against a brand system, not generic templates 4. Colour grading and audio finishing music selection, SFX layering, VO cleanup, loudness-correct exports 5. Deliver in every format we need: 16:9 site hero, 9:16 for LinkedIn and Reels, silent-autoplay-safe cuts, muted loops 6. Work directly with founders and clients, take feedback well, and defend a choice when it's the right one 7. Keep an organised project structure and asset library someone else has to be able to open your file Selection Process: 1. Portfolio review 2. You should be able to look at a brand kit and set type that belongs to it - Sound design instinct knowing where a beat lands and what silence is for - Comfort working from written briefs with limited hand-holding, and turning things around on a real deadline - Bonus, not required - Hands-on with AI video tools (Magnific, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora) — and, more importantly, the judgment to know what they should not be used for - 3D: Cinema 4D, Blender or Houdini, especially for product renders - Illustration, 2D character animation or frame-by-frame work - Any exposure to SaaS, healthtech or B2B product marketing About Company: Anjaneya AI Technologies Pvt.
