We’re building a network of talented freelance motion designers and animation creatives to help shape the future of Whering’s visual identity across product, social, campaigns and brand moments. Whether you're a motion designer, 3D artist, animator, motion branding specialist, title designer, or creative with a strong eye for movement and storytelling - we want to hear from you. ### What you'll do - Motion identity & branding - Help evolve Whering’s motion language across product, campaigns, launches and storytelling moments. - Social & campaign animation - Create scroll-stopping motion assets for TikTok, Instagram, launch campaigns, reels, ads and brand storytelling. - Product & UI motion - Design playful transitions, loading states, interactions and animations that make the app feel more intelligent and alive. - Creative experimentation - Explore new visual formats, AI-enhanced workflows, mixed media, 3D, or unexpected motion styles that push the brand forward. - Collaborative ideation - Work closely with product, brand, social and marketing teams to shape concepts from early thinking through to execution. - Trend spotting - Monitor motion, design, internet culture and platform trends to proactively pitch fresh visual ideas and formats. ### What we're looking for - Have experience creating visually strong motion work for brands, products, campaigns or social - Have a strong eye for pacing, typography, transitions, composition and storytelling - Have bold ideas, and know how to bring them to life, either solo or in collaboration ### Nice to have - Fashion, beauty, lifestyle or culture-led brands - Social-first motion design for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube - 3D animation, UI motion, or motion branding systems - Are excited by the intersection of fashion, sustainability, technology and culture
