Seeking a long-term contractor for Subject Matter Expert in ---------- !! We need the contractor to work U.S. Colorado work hours. We are seeking a ---------- EXPERT to design, optimize, and support the technology platforms that power our Licensing, Carrier Connectivity, Commissions and IT operations (aka CORE Deliverables Department). This role will serve as the primary automation technology resource serving many departments, building and maintaining workflows, automation, integration, reporting, and operational systems across multiple platforms ( ---------- , EZLynx, QCommission, etc.). The department's core technology ecosystem includes ---------- for agency and workflow management, EZLynx as the Company's agency and policy management system, and QCommissions for commission payment processing and reconciliation. The Business Systems & Automation Specialist will be responsible for enhancing workflows, improving data integrity, supporting system integrations, and identifying automation opportunities across these platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process analysis skills and has a passion for translating complex operational requirements into scalable, efficient technology solutions that improve productivity and support business growth. This is a hands-on role focused on improving efficiency, automation, visibility, and data accuracy across the Company's carrier onboarding, licensing, contracting, and commissions processes. The CORE Deliverables Department serves as the Company's Licensing and Commissions team. These departments are responsible for connecting the network of agents and agencies to insurance carriers through licensing, appointments, and carrier onboarding processes. CORE Deliverables Department also manages monthly commission processing and payments, ensuring agents are accurately compensated and supported throughout their relationship with the Company. The Business Systems & Automation Specialist plays a critical role in modernizing and optimizing the systems that support these essential business functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ---------- Administration & Development (Primary and Immediate Focus) • Build, configure, and optimize ---------- boards, workspaces, and workflows • Create and maintain automation that reduces manual effort and improves operational efficiency • Design dashboards, reports, and custom views that provide visibility into licensing, carrier onboarding, and commissions operations • Implement and manage ---------- applications, integrations, and advanced platform capabilities • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow solutions • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and process maps System Integrations & Operational Technology • Support integrations between ---------- , EZLynx, (Agency Management System), QCommissions, and other operational platforms. • ---------- expertise must possess the ability to quickly adapt and learn EZLynx, QCommission and other systems. • Identify opportunities to automate data movement and reduce duplicate entry across systems • Collaborate with vendors, IT resources, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues • Monitor system performance, data quality, and process accuracy • Develop reporting solutions that combine information across multiple platforms CORE Deliverables Process Optimization • Improve workflows supporting agent licensing, carrier appointments, and onboarding processes • Support commission processing and payment operations through technology enhancements • Analyze operational challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions • Help establish standardized, repeatable processes across the department • Partner with Licensing, Commissions, Carrier Relations, Accounting, and Operations teams to support business objectives Project Management & Continuous Improvement • Manage multiple projects and system enhancement ini
