Momentum Coach — Student Success & Accountability Full-time | Remote | Philippines-based | EU hours (night shift PHT) | Long-term THREE REQUIREMENTS — ALL NON-NEGOTIABLE Full-time only — daily presence, not a side job alongside other work. Excellent English — written and spoken. Students feel every message directly. EU hours available — must work PH night shift to cover European time zones (approx. 3 PM – 12 AM PHT). TIMEZONE NOTE — IMPORTANT Our students and team are based in European time zones. This role requires working Philippine night shift hours (approximately 3 PM – 12 AM PHT) to align with EU daytime. Please only apply if you are genuinely comfortable with and available for a consistent night shift schedule. ABOUT THE ROLE We run a 90-day online coaching program for content creators. The coaches handle the 1:1 calls. The Momentum Coach owns everything in between — welcoming new students, weekly check-ins, Skool community support, chasing forms, logging in Airtable, and catching anyone who's starting to slip before it becomes a real problem. This is a daily presence role for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people and notices when something's off before being told. WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY - Welcome every new student within 12 hours — warm, personal, never copy-paste - Check in with every active student roughly once a week — sooner the moment someone goes quiet - Chase check-in forms until they're actually filled — every student, every time - Answer every Skool community question within 12 hours on shift - Log everything accurately in Airtable — stages, risk levels, follow-ups, same day - Spot students who are slipping and reach out warmly before it becomes churn - Flag payment issues immediately with a warm, personal message RIGHT FIT - Excellent written and spoken English — warm, natural, never robotic - Available for consistent EU-aligned night shift hours full-time - Reliable on follow-up — forms and check-ins don't slip - Comfortable with Airtable, Skool, Slack, or willing to learn fast - You notice when someone goes quiet and act without being told - Background in customer success, virtual assistance, community management, or coaching support NOT A FIT - Not able to consistently cover EU hours from the Philippines - Looking for day shift or flexible hours - Sending a generic, templated application - Want to redesign systems or build automations - Running other full-time work simultaneously TOOLS Skool, Airtable, Slack, WhatsApp HOW TO APPLY: Send your updated CV to ---------- and the ff: 1.
