Role Overview Join a leading Am Law firm in San Francisco as a Mid-Level Litigation Associate in the Financial Services Litigation Practice. Represent financial institutions in high-stakes class actions, complex commercial disputes, and securities enforcement matters. What You Will Do Represent banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation and financial services disputes. Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals.
