Requirements

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

- 4–5 years of private equity acquisitions experience

- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

- Ability to independently manage complex transactions

- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where applying
