Microsoft 365 Developer Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop custom applications using React for SharePoint and MS Teams using React (SPFx).

- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 and third-party services and applications.

- Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK.

- Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure.

- Implement best practices for Exchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 components.

- Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.

- Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and React technologies

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and scripting languages such as PowerShell.

- Strong experience with React and front-end development

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) are a plus
