What the consultant will do

- Implement, support, or optimizeMES/MOM systems for manufacturing execution and shop-floor visibility.

- Map ISA-95 aligned processesacross ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC, quality, maintenance, and warehouse systems.

- Support requirements,configuration, interfaces, testing, training, and go-live activities.

- Work on OEE, downtime, quality,traceability, batch/lot tracking, and production reporting.

- Coordinate with plant teams, OTengineers, IT, and vendors.

Required qualifications

- Experience with MES/MOMimplementation, support, or shop-floor process design.

- Understanding of productionexecution, quality, traceability, downtime, OEE, and integration withERP/SCADA.

- Ability to work with plantoperations and technical teams.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with SiemensOpcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Apriso, AVEVA/Wonderware, GE Proficy, Ignition,or similar.

- Experience with SAP, D365,Oracle, Epicor, EDI, OPC UA, MQTT, historians, or Power BI.

- Experience in discrete,process, batch, food, pharma, packaging, automotive, or medical devicemanufacturing.
